Building a Monday briefing that field leads will actually open
How to structure a one-page delivery brief so crew supervisors can scan completion, revisits, and open exceptions in under five minutes.
A Monday briefing fails when it opens on a dense multi-territory chart. Supervisors need a cover that states the week, the crew count, and the two questions leadership will ask—then a single page per territory they can mark with a pen.
Put completion by time window near the top. Travel share belongs beside it as a plain fraction, not a colourful gauge. Keep revisits in their own line so they do not inflate “done” work. End with three named exceptions: unfinished visits with the reason recorded at the door.
