These terms govern access to https://nettrailbase.click and engagements with Nettrailbase Co., Ltd. (“Nettrailbase”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning our work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you browse the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site.

Services described

Pages describe professional engagements such as field delivery reporting, scorecard design, route reviews, and briefing workshops. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope, fees, and timeline are confirmed only in a written engagement outline or contract we issue after enquiry.

Intellectual property

Site content, sample Field Notes structures, and materials we create remain owned by Nettrailbase or our licensors until otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Client visit logs and confidential data you supply remain yours. Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a licence to use the delivered report templates for your internal operations as specified in that agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that impairs others, or submit false contact details. You may not use our materials to misrepresent another organisation’s reporting as your unaided work without attribution where required by contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Nettrailbase is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use or from decisions made solely on published sample materials. For commissioned work, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Thai law prohibits such limitation (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
